Orders

By placing an order with Eni you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions. Should you wish to cancel an order please notify us by email within 24 hours. Please send an email to sales@eni-uk.co.uk.

Satisfaction guarantee

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, you can return them within 14 days and we will be happy to make an exchange or refund, provided the item has not been worn, used or altered.

Sale items can be returned within 7 working days of receipt. After that time an exchange or credit note only.

Product descriptions

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions and prices are correct on our website. However, the colours displayed should be taken as a close representation as slight variations may occur. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible including stock availability and prices. All products are available only while stocks last.

Prices

All prices are correct at the time of entering information. Eni reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

If an incorrect price is shown Eni is not required to honour this price, inevitably mistakes are made and we will do our best to correct any inaccuracies as soon as possible.

Security

Eni does not hold any of your payment details on file.

Online payments are taken using SagePay (formerly Protx) which is a specialist secure online payment processing company. SagePay are committed to using the highest standards of security technology available.

Privacy

For the purposes of data protection Eni does not sell, share or make available any of your person details including email addresses to any other company or individual. We treat any information you provide as confidential, complying with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
