Delivery

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48hrs except weekends and Bank Holidays. Standard delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days via Royal Mail.

Standard Delivery 3-5 working days £3.95

First Class Delivery 1-2 working days £5.95

Please let us know if you would like us to deliver to an address other than the billing address.

All orders are carefully packed and beautifully wrapped in tissue paper.

Returning an item

Please fill in the returns form that came with your order, let us know the reason for the return and if you would like an exchange or refund. Place the items to be returned in the original packaging with the completed returns form and send it to:

We strongly recommend that you return items by registered post as Eni cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please note that return postage will not be refunded, however if you are returning an item because it is faulty we will refund the postage. Once we have received your returned item we will endeavour to process your refund within 28 days.
